Retaining Talent: Training Series for Minority Owned Businesses 1.5 hours

In celebration of Workforce Development Month, Workforce Boulder County will be hosting a virtual Business Training Series for Minority Owned Businesses. First in the series is Retaining Talent which will cover strategies to retain one of the best assets an employer already has, their already existing workforce, and discuss with other employers their success and challenges in retaining talent.
