The proposed project is located in the Agricultural, Business, Estate Residential & Forestry Zoning Districts at 255 Artesian Drive (Parcels 157925406018, 157925414028 & 157925400019), on the north side of Artesian Drive approximately 3 miles west of the intersection of SH 170 & SH 93, in Section 25, T1S, R71W.
