Public hearing to consider the merits of the current moratorium on Boulder County’s processing of applications for oil and gas development and seismic testing operations in the unincorporated County (Resolution 2019-59, adopted June 28, 2019) and whether the moratorium should be terminated, extended, or otherwise amended. The Board will accept public testimony in the form of written comments, but no oral public testimony will be heard. Comments can be emailed to oilgascomment@bouldercounty.org until 5 p.m., February 28.
