Public Hearing: Review of proposed Electric Vehicle Charging Fund Standards for implementation of the Land Use Code changes approved in Docket DC-17-0002 (Text Amendments to Article 4 related to parking, including replacing Article 4-513 Transportation use for Park & Ride Facility with a Multimodal Parking Facility use). Pursuant to the approved changes, Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (charging stations) must be provided for new or expanded parking lots with a total of 15 or more parking spaces, otherwise the project is subject to the Electric Vehicle Charging Fund Standards.
