  1. Parks & Open Space: Canino-7M Ranch 2020 Acquisition 2
    ACTION REQUESTED: Approval
  2. Parks & Open Space: Boulder County proposes to invest $2,250,000 to assist the Town of Superior in acquiring fee title to the approximately 182-acre CenturyLink property. The property is located in both Boulder and Jefferson counties, northeast of the intersection of Colorado Highway 128 and McCaslin Boulevard. Boulder County will receive a conservation easement over the property. Boulder County may later grant partial conservation easement interests to Jefferson County and the City and County of Broomfield if they invest in the project.
