Subdivision Exemption to divide a 51.6-acre parcel at 12680 Highway 7 into two legal building lots of 28.4 acres and 23.2 acres, and to remove the development rights from an 18.5-acre legal building lot at 321 Wagener Road, where the minimum lot size is 35 acres. The proposal is submitted by Bruce J. Thompson and Betty S. Mapes Trust and is in the Forestry (F) Zoning District at 12680 Highway 7, approximately 450 feet north of the intersection of Wagener Road and Highway 7, Section 14, Township 3N, Range 73W and 321 Wagener Road, approximately 1900 feet northeast of the intersection of Wagener Road and Highway 7, Section 13, Township 3N, Range 73W.
