Subdivision Exemption to recognize the parcel at 975 Westview Drive (0.53 acres) as a legal building lot in the Estate Residential zoning district, where minimum lot size is 1 acre, and Site Plan Review to deconstruct a 3,014-square-foot single-family residence and construct a 5,850-square-foot residence on a 0.52-acre parcel at 975 Westview Drive, where the PSM is 4,651 square feet; submitted by Matthew Collier, Charlotte Ann Porter, and Herbert W. & Hazel L.
