Limited Impact Special Use Review for a 1,466-square-foot agricultural worker unit on the second story and Site Plan Review for a 1,728-square-foot barn on the first story of a new 3,194-square-foot accessory agricultural structure on a 33.7-acre parcel; submitted by Elizabeth Potter & Daniel F. Moorer Jr.; in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposed project is in the Agricultural (A) Zoning District, at 5050 Niwot Road, approximately 300 feet east of the intersection of Niwot Road and North 49th Street, in Section 33, Township 2N, Range 70W.
