Limited Impact Special Use to allow for 1,456 cubic yards of grading for driveway and site improvements, and Site Plan Review to construct a 4,196-square-foot residence with a 615-square-foot detached garage on an approximately 1.9-acre parcel where the presumptive size maximum is 3,582 square feet; submitted by Alex Nelson, Upland Construction & Development LLC; in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposed project is in the Forestry (F) Zoning District, at 365 Bow Mountain Rd, Lot 4 Bow Mountain 2 Subdivision, approximately 0.1 miles southeast of the intersection of Bow Mountain Rd. and Wagonwheel Gap Rd.
