Limited Impact Special Use review to allow for 2,735 cubic yards of grading for driveway and site improvements, and Site Plan Review to construct a 4,944-square-foot residence with an attached garage on an approximately 1.77-acre parcel where the presumptive size maximum is 3,582 square feet; submitted by Alex Nelson, Upland Construction & Development LLC; in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code.
