Public Hearing: LU-19-0002 Lefthand Watershed Oversight Group - Canyons Reaches 1-2 Stream Restoration
Limited Impact Special Use review to perform flood-related stream restoration along 6,500 linear feet of Left Hand Creek involving approximately 35,000 CY earthwork; submitted by Jessica Olson, Lefthand Watershed Oversight Group; in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposed project is located in the Forestry, Agricultural, and Rural Residential Zoning Districts, at 845 Lefthand Canyon Drive, 1540 Lefthand Canyon Drive, 1934 Lefthand Canyon Drive, and 1221 Lefthand Canyon Drive (Parcel #s 131924003004 and 131924003005), on Left Hand Creek roughly 1/2 mile west of the intersection of Foothills Hwy/US 36 and Lefthand Canyon Drive, in Sections 13, 23, 24, & 26, Township 2N, Range 71W.
