Public Hearing: Docket LU-18-0017/SPR-18-0052 SHAEFFER Residence, Shed, Ag Structure, and Driveway
Limited Impact Special Use Review to allow for 1,230 cubic yards of grading for driveway and site improvements, and Site Plan Review to construct a 2,604-square-foot residence, 380-square foot shed, and 480-square-foot agricultural building on a 38-acre parcel under a Conservation Easement; submitted by Scot Shaeffer; in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposed project is located in the Forestry (F) Zoning District, at 243 County Road 126, on the northwest side of CR 126, approximately 1/4 mile north of its intersection with Caribou Rd., in Section 10, Township 1S, Range 73W.
