A public hearing to review the road agreement and post-approval requirements described in Condition of Approval #11 of Resolution 2018-91. This application was for a Limited Impact Special Review to recognize an existing nonconforming use as a Use of Community Significance to allow the remodel of the historic resort complex located on approximately 39 acres, and was submitted by Eldorado Artesian Springs, Inc. The proposal is in the Agricultural (A), Business (B), Estate Residential (ER), and Forestry (F) Zoning Districts at 255 Artesian Drive (Parcels 157925400019, 157925406018, and 157925414028), on the north side of Artesian Drive approximately 3 miles west from the intersection of SH170 and SH93, in Section 25, Township 1S,
Range 71W.
