Public Hearing: Docket LU-18-0007 Little Thompson Watershed Coalition – Parrish Ranch Reach Restoration; Limited Impact Special Use review for flood-related restoration along roughly 620 feet of the Little Thompson River involving approximately 1,499 cu. yds. of earthwork. The proposed project is located in the Agricultural Zoning District at Parcels 120302000004 and 120302000019, along the Little Thompson River near the Boulder / Larimer County line, between Dakota Ridge Road and North 83rd Street, in Section 2, T3N, R70W.
