Land Use Department: Docket LU-18-0005 / SPR-18-0018 Kessler; Application to amend Docket LU-16-0023 / SPR-15-0089 to change the alignment and reduce grading volume (to 850 cubic yards) required to form a driveway and to relocate the approved residence approximately 22 feet to the east and add approximately 1477 square feet basement floor area on an approximately 2.2-acre parcel. The proposed project is located in the Forestry Zoning District at 1776 Chute Road, approximately 3.25 miles from the junction of Chute Road and Coal Creek Canyon Drive, in Section 34, T1S, R71W.
