Limited Impact Special Use Review to install a 150-foot telecommunication tower as part of an upgrade to the City of Boulder's Land Mobile Radio infrastructure supporting public safety functions on a 47-acre property; submitted by City of Boulder, in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposed project is located in the Estate Residential (ER) Zoning District, at 0 Arapahoe Road, parcel # 146335100004; approximately 4,000 feet west of the junction of 75th Street and Arapahoe Road in Section 35, Township 1N, Range 70W.
