2. Public Hearing - Docket SU-21-0005: Gold Lake Modification
   Request: Request to modify SU-18-0020 to allow for alternate distribution of approved square footage, location and design of structures, alignment of County Road 102, and site access, parking, and traffic circulation.
   Location: 3371 Gold Lake Road, on the north and south side of Gold Lake Road, approximately 2.60 miles from its intersection with CR 100, in Section 33, Township 2N, Range 72W.

The Planning Commission conducts public hearings and takes action on Land Use Code Updates and Development Review dockets and advises the County Commissioners of those actions and on planning matters. The Planning Commission has statutory responsibility to make, adopt, and amend the Boulder County Comprehensive Plan. The Commission also has a role in reviewing and acting on revisions and amendments to the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan.
