Cushman Conservation Easement Exchange
County proposes to exchange approximately 1.45 acres of the Cushman Open Space property with approximately 1.45 acres of Mr. Cushman’s Lot C property. County will gain productive agricultural acreage in exchange for non-productive agricultural acreage that includes deteriorating structures which pose a potential liability for the County.

Tveten Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District Taking
NCWCD proposes to take approximately 0.594 acres of conservation easement property for permanent pipeline installation and approximately 1.823 acres of conservation easement property for permanent access to install and maintain the pipeline.

McCarty 2 Acquisition and Van Thuyne Conservation Easement Amendment
County proposes investing $1.35 million to acquire a conservation easement interest in the historic house lot of the McCarty property and to consolidate six
conservation easements into one updated conservation easement that will cover the entire Van Thuyne property and keep it as one parcel into the future.

J B B Properties Conservation Easement Amendment
County proposes amending the J B B Properties CE to increase the acreage by approximately 1 acre as well as shifting the CE boundary to correct an error in the original deal that resulted in a structure being partially located within the CE boundary.

Yoakum North & South Conservation Easement Amendment
In 2014, the Board of County Commissioners approved amending the Yoakum CE to increase the allowable agricultural structure square footage by 8,500 sq.ft. County proposes amending this agreement to increase the amount by an additional 6,500 sq.ft. In return, County will receive a stronger easement that reduces building envelopes and updates CE terms.
