Description

Boulder County proposes to acquire approximately 17 acres of vacant mountain land owned by Donna M. Newland for $135,640. The property is located on the west side of Peak to Peak Highway, approximately 0.5 miles south of Ward, and is completely surrounded by the Kaufman, Harper and BLM Ward Exchange Open Space properties.
