The property would be reconfigured into four parcels\, the largest one being a preserve subject to a conservation easement\, and the other three being house lots\, one of which will be subject to a conservation easement and the other two subject to restrictive covenants. This configuration will result in one development right being removed from the property. Staff supports this acquisition.\nAction requested: Approval \nForsythe Rock Conservation Easement Acquisition\nBoulder County proposes to acquire a conservation easement over 36 acres\, owned by the John Shortridge\, Jr. Trust\, for $400\,000. The property has an address of 1904 County Road 68 and is located near the intersection of Magnolia Drive and County Road 68. Staff supports this acquisition.\nAction requested: Approval \nParrish 3 and Parrish 4 Acquisitions\nBoulder County proposes to acquire fee title to 60 acres in Boulder County owned by Parrish Ranch Conservation Partnership\, with any associated water rights.
