Joint Public Hearing – County Commissioners and Planning Commission

Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan Major Update (Docket BVCP-15-0001) and Boulder Valley Comprehensive Development Plan IGA Renewal (Docket IGA-17-0001)

The scope of the public hearing includes: (1) the 2015 Major Update to the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan (BVCP) including proposed policy, text, and map changes to the plan;
(2) proposed CU South land use map change and guiding principles; and (3) the updated Comprehensive Plan Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Boulder and Boulder County including amendment procedures.

Public Comment

An online sign-up form for individual speakers and groups pooling time will be available after 1 p.m. on Wednesday June 21 via the BVCP-15-0001 webpage Public Meetings tab.

Action Requested

Decision making for Planning Commission (BVCP-15- 0001) will take place on Wednesday, July 19.
Decision making for Board of County Commissioners (BVCP-15-0001 & IGA-17-0001) will take place on Wednesday, July 26.
