JOINT PUBLIC HEARING HOSTED BY THE BOULDER CITY COUNCIL

Boulder Public Library District Formation; The Boulder Public Library District is a proposal from district proponents and the City of Boulder. Because the proposed district includes portions of unincorporated Boulder County, the Boulder County Commissioners have the authority, along with Boulder City Council, to approve the formation of the district by resolution or approve the question as a ballot measure. The Commissioners will join the City Council for this joint public hearing to take public comment on this issue. The Commissioners will adjourn after public comment and continue proceedings to April 7 at a public meeting.
