   Request: Site Plan Review to deconstruct 80 sq. ft. of the existing residence, then construct a 2,676 sq. ft. addition to the residence as well as a 5,796 sq. ft. barn, 520 sq. ft. greenhouse, and three 1,728 sq. ft. hoophouses. There will also be a 1,069 sq. ft. addition to the existing detached garage, which will be converted from a residential to an agricultural use.

The Boulder County Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB) is an advisory board appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to provide guidance to the county on historic preservation issues. Its primary focus is to review structures and sites for historic significance and to review building or development plans which might affect these resources. HPAB also reviews landmark applications and must approve building plans which result in the alteration of an historic landmark.

Each HPAB meeting is a public hearing, and at the beginning of each meeting anyone may address the Board with historic preservation concerns or questions.
