Proposal: Subdivision Exemption request for a boundary line adjustment to create three parcels of approximately 45.3 acres, 43.2 acres, and 6.6 acres from two existing parcels of approximately 90.4 acres and 4.68 acres. The proposal is submitted by the Christine L. Win Revocable Living Trust., c/o Patrick Win, and is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 4444 Sunshine Canyon Drive (Parcel #146116000001) and 0 Sunshine Canyon Drive (Parcel # 146116000028), located on the north side of Sunshine Canyon approximately 1.7 miles northwest of its intersection with Poorman Road, in Section 16, Township 1N, Range 71W.
