Public Hearing: Docket LU-17-0015 Boulder County Parks and Open Space – Hall Ranch 2 Access Road Repairs; Limited Impact Special Use review for flood-related repairs along a ½ mile section of the Hall Ranch 2 Access Road involving approximately 9,079 cu. yds. of earthwork. The proposed project is located in the Agricultural and Forestry Zoning Districts at parcels 120125000007 & 120125000011, at the Access Road on Hall Ranch 2 Open Space roughly ¼ mile southwest of the Old St. Vrain Road & Access Road intersection, in Section 25, T3N, R71W.
