The property is located at 4111 Sunshine Canyon Drive near the intersections of Sunshine Canyon Drive and County Road 83.\nAction Requested: Approval \nHeatherwood Notch and Jafay 2026 Xcel Taking\nThe Board of County Commissioners will be sitting as the Gunbarrel Public Improvement District Board for the following item. Xcel Energy proposes to acquire a permanent non-exclusive easement over 0.615 acres of the Jafay and Heatherwood Notch open space properties for installation of underground power lines.
