Join us for a 2-mile moderate hike at Hall Ranch to learn about warm-season grasses and the diverse foothills ecosystem. We’ll search for different species\, explore their importance\, and discuss how geology and human history influence local vegetation. We hope you’ll gain a new appreciation for our beautiful — yet often overlooked — grasses.\nRegistration for most programs begins on the 20th of the month before the event. \nRegistration required. \nRegister \nRegistration is required through Discover Boulder County\, Parks & Open Space’s volunteer and event registration system. If you’re new to the system\, you’ll need to create an account. But it’s easy and we only use your contact information to communicate about events you register for. We will never sell or give your information to a third party.
