The proposed project is in the Niwot Rural Community District 1 (NRCD I) Zoning District\, at 291 2nd Ave\, Niwot\, CO. \nDetailed information regarding this item\, will be presented at the community meeting. \nDate: Thursday\, March 6\, 2025\nTime: 5 p.m.\nPlace: Niwot Hall\, 195 2nd Avenue\, Niwot\, CO 80544 \nCommunity Engagement\nBoulder County requires applicants to schedule and hold a meeting with the local community\, residents\, and other stakeholders prior to submitting the application to the Community Planning & Permitting Department for development\, which triggers Site Plan Review\, Special Review\, or other planning review process. The purpose of this engagement is to provide sufficient opportunity for public comment on development plans\, and for the applicant to listen to and address\, as reasonable\, the community’s concerns and recommendations related to the proposed development. Applicants shall: \n\n\n\nnotify property owners within the NRCD I and NRCD II areas and Community Planning & Permitting staff of public meeting at least seven days prior to the meeting which shall be held at least 14- days and not more than six months prior to application;\nhold meeting at a location readily accessible to those properties affected by the proposed development;\nprepare a final report summarizing comments and information received and how any concerns are being addressed; and\nsubmit the report with the application\n\n\n\nThe purpose of this meeting is to comply with Boulder County Land Use Code Article 4-116A G. 4. \n\nBoulder County wants to ensure that everyone has equal access to our programs\, activities\, and services.
