The application is submitted by Amanda Keil and Nicholas Kostecki (applicants/property owners). The subject property is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 468 Riverside Drive\, approximately .5 miles west of the easternmost intersection of Riverside Drive and SH7 on a .49-acre parcel in Section 34\, Township 3N\, Range 72W.\nPublic testimony will be taken. \nOpportunities for live virtual public comment will be available.
