DESCRIPTION:The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider the following real estate matter.\nXcel Energy proposes to acquire a 0.21-acre permanent non-exclusive easement over a portion of the Adler-Fingru open space property for a new electrical distribution line to serve this area of Lafayette. Adler-Fingru open space is located on the north side of Empire Road east of South 96th Street/Highway 42. It is adjacent to and south of Coal Creek and contains a portion of the Coal Creek Trail.
