The Determination is appealed by Linda Barrows (property owner) and Melanie Albert (applicant). Property is in the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district at 4359 N 55th Street\, in Section 16\, Township 1N\, Range 70W. \nPublic testimony will be taken. \nOpportunities for live virtual public comment will be available.
