The application is submitted by 530 Fountaintree LLC and Patrick & Camile Svoboda (applicants/property owners) and Follow Architecture and Tomecek Studio Architecture (agents). The subject properties are in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 530\, 570\, 621\, and 860 Fountaintree Lane\, Lots 1\, 7\, 8 and Outlot A of the Fountaintree subdivision\, located approximately 0.5-mile northwest of the intersection of Fountaintree Lane and Valley View Way\, in Section 14\, Township 1N\, Range 71W. \nPublic testimony will be taken.  \nOpportunities for live virtual public comment will be available.
