Subdivision Exemption request for a boundary line adjustment to move 0.71 acre from parcel #146307000014 (4907 N. 26th Street) to parcel #146307001001 (4810 N. 26th Street), resulting in parcel sizes of 14.71 and 6.85 acres, respectively.
