Docket LU-20-0010 Boulder County Parks & Open Space Niwot Ditch Diversion Reconstruction
Limited Impact Special Use Review request for approximately 18,232 cubic yards of earthwork for habitat restoration and to reconstruct the Niwot Ditch diversion dam along approximately 1,400 feet of St. Vrain Creek, submitted by Boulder County Parks & Open Space and Golden Land Company, in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposed project is in the Agricultural (A) Zoning District, at 11300 N. 75th Street (39.3 acres) and 11146 St. Vrain Road (35.5 acres), located along St. Vrain Creek approximately 2,500 feet downstream of N. 75th Street and approximately 1,500 feet north of St. Vrain Road in Section 36, Township 3N, Range 70W.
