Appeal of the Director’s determination for a Site Plan Review to construct a 2,688 sq. ft. detached garage and woodworking studio for a total residential floor area of 7,847 sq. ft. where the presumptive size maximum is 2,515 sq. ft. The application is submitted by Greg and Katherine E. Mikevich. The property is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 708 Copperdale Lane, in Section 31, Township 1S, Range 71W.
