Call up of the Director’s determination for Site Plan Review to deconstruct the existing 3,323-square-foot residence and construct a new residence and detached studio/office not to exceed 5,200 square feet above grade or 5,765 square feet total on an approximately 0.75-acre parcel where the presumptive size maximum is 4,842 square feet. The application is submitted by Leslie Padilla & Michael McNair. The property is in the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district at 4405 Agate Road, Section 18, Township 1N, Range 70W.
