Appeal of the Director’s determination for Site Plan Review for the construction of a new 4,714-square-foot residence, 576-square-foot detached garage, 642-square-foot barn, and the conversion of the existing 1,412-square-foot residence to a detached structure used as residential floor area, with a maximum total above grade residential floor area of 4,431 square feet, and maximum total residential floor area of 6,702 square feet on a 3.23-acre parcel with a presumptive size maximum of 5,466 square feet. The application is submitted by Brannon & Amanda Fisher. The property is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 7718 Valmont Road, Section 24, Township 1N, Range 70W.
