Call up of the Director’s determination for Site Plan Review to deconstruct a 660-square-foot agricultural barn and construct a 6,386 -square-foot residence on a 0.7-acre parcel where the presumptive size maximum for the defined neighborhood is 5,080 square feet. The application is submitted by Will & Jackie Kramer (applicants) and Alvine Andra M Revocable Trust, c/o Andra M Alvine (owners). The property is in the Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District at 8003 Sagebrush Court, Lot 20 Willow Glen, Section 30, Township 1N, Range 69W.
