Appeal of the Director’s determination for Site Plan Review for the deconstruction of an existing 2,712-square-foot residence and the construction of a 5,385-square-foot residence with a maximum of 2,600 square feet residential floor area above grade, submitted by Mark A. & Byong Ju MinWeseman. The proposed project is in the Estate Residential (ER) zoning district at 1130 Ravenwood Road, Lot 3 Blk 7 Ridglea Hills, in Section 35, Township 1N, Range 70W.
