The proposal is submitted by applicants/property owners Charles and Dorothy Tucker and is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 0 Cold Spring Road (parcel #158105000011) and 974 Cold Spring Road (parcel #158105000019) in Unincorporated, Boulder, CO 80466, approximately 3/4 mile east of the intersection of Cold Spring Road and SH 72, in Section 5, Township 1S, Range 72W.
