Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-21-0012/SPR-21-0068 Jensen Residence and Earthwork
Limited Impact Special Use Review to permit 2,273 cubic yards of non-foundational driveway earthwork across the parcel at 1141 CR 83 to access 1131 CR 83, and Site Plan Review to construct a new 4,064 sq. ft. residence at 1131 CR 83. The application is submitted by Randy Jensen and Kathryn Ellis Jensen (applicants/owners). The proposed project is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 1121 County Road 83, approximately 1.1 miles north of the intersection of County Road 83 and Sunshine Canyon Drive, in Section 8, Township 1N, Range 71W. Tabled from Sept. 30, 2021.
