Limited Impact Special Use request to perform approximately 1,389 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork for a new driveway on a vacant 5.38-acre parcel based upon a previous County-approved modification determination under MD-20-0003. The application is submitted by Julia E. Carp (applicant/owner). The proposed project is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 5424 Sugarloaf Road approximately 5 miles northwest of the intersection of Sugarloaf Road and State Highway 119, Section 27, Township 1N, Range 72W.
