Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-21-0005 Teebken - ADU Family Care Unit
Limited Impact Special Use request to construct a detached 700 square foot Family Care Unit on a 4.27 acre property. The application was submitted by Jeffry and Jennifer Teebken (applicants/property owners), in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposed project is in the Agricultural (A) Zoning District, at 13761 East County Line Rd., located on the west side of E. County Line Road approximately 2000 feet north from its intersection with Vermillion Road, A&A NUPUD, Section 13, Township 3N, Range 69W.
