Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-21-0004/SPR-21-0027 Marino-Paaren New Residence, Barn, and Loafing Shed
Combined Limited Impact Special Review and Site Plan Review to construct a 4,765-square-foot residence with an attached garage, a 1,789-square-foot agricultural barn, and a 380-square-foot loafing shed, as well as perform 982 cubic yards of non-foundation grading on a vacant 36.8-acre property.
