Limited Impact Special Use review for a 748-square-foot family care unit on an approximately .9 acre parcel. The application was submitted by Michelle Gemlo (applicant/owner) in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposed project is in the Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District, at 5857 Rustic Knolls Drive, approximately 1,260 feet southeast of the intersection of Rustic Knolls Drive and 57th Street in Section 22, Township 1N, Range 70W.
