Limited Impact Special Review for 730 cubic yards of non-foundation earthwork and Site Plan Review to construct a 6,593-square-foot residence on an approximately 1.3-acre vacant parcel. The application is submitted by Anthony A. Cannariato Trust. The proposed project is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 4793 N. 47th Street, Parcel # 146308000004, located at the terminus of 47th Street, approximately .5 miles north of its intersection with Jay Road, in Section 8, Township 1N, Range 70W.
