Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-20-0012/SPR-20-0074: Smith New Residence and Driveway Earthwork
Limited Impact Special Review for 996 cubic yards of driveway earthwork and Site Plan Review to construct a 5,716-square-foot residence and 624-square-foot detached garage on an approximately 33.9-acre vacant parcel. The application is submitted by James Arthur Smith. The proposed project is in the Forestry zoning district at 1700 West Coach Road, located at the terminus of West Coach Road approximately 1.5 miles west of its intersection with Carriage Hills Drive, in Section 9, Township 1N, Range 71W.
