Exemption Plat request to adjust the boundary lines between 6201 Nelson Rd. and 10069 N 65th St resulting in no change in lot sizes; submitted by Todd & Jill Giles (applicants/owners), in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposed project is in the Agricultural (A) Zoning District, at 6201 Nelson Rd. and 10069 N. 65th St. in Unincorporated, Boulder, CO 80503, approximately 1500 ft northwest of the intersection of N. 65th Street and Nelson Road Section 10, Township 2N, Range 70.
