PUBLIC MEETING: County Attorney’s Office: Settlement proposal in City and County of Denver v. Boulder County, Case No. 1:21-cv-01907-RBJ, a lawsuit filed by Denver Water against Boulder County related to the proposed expansion of Gross Reservoir and Dam. Public testimony will not be taken during this meeting.
