Board of County Commissioners public hearings and meetings are convened in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or attend in-person at the Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl St., Boulder. Community Planning & Permitting Department
Secure Transportation Licensing: Pursuant to Colorado HB21-1085, after January 1, 2023 no entity can offer secure transportation services unless they have obtained a license from a county. Secure transportation services are intended to help address the needs of those in crisis without the alarm/stigma ofa marked law enforcement vehicle showing up to help. The Boulder County Community Planning & Permitting Department will be responsible for administering the licenses. View the staff report and draft Resolution for January 3, 2023
